These days we received a lot of inquiries of 95° pallet exchanger from different food suppliers in frozen food industry, they are from Australia and European countries. In frozen food industry, workers often finds the freezer spacer sticks with the cartons after their products are frozen.
Our 95°pallet exchanger is designed to tackle this problem. This pallet is able to turn the whole load for 95 degree. We designed a skate table and installed one motor for it. With this powered skate table, workers are able to shake the whole load and the freezer spacer will fall apart from the carton, which is very easy for workers to withdraw them.
This machine is not only convenient in freezer spacer removal but also in pallet exchanging. It’s definitely a cost- effective machine.
